  1. October 2014 - PLCF starts annual fundraising drive and calls for donation to build a rurual library in Yunan for impoverished children. See details here.
  2. July 10, 2014 - Passlove Charity Foundation, an organization committed to building quality village libraries for children in rural China, announced today that it has been awarded a $21,757.75 grant from the eBay Foundation Corporate AdvisedFund at Silicon Valley Community Foundation. The grant was recommended by eBay Foundation'semployee-volunteer led China GIVE Team. 
  3. June 2014 -  Shanghai Dragon Television took a documentary for PLCF and two other nonprofit organizations. Many media outlets have aired it, including CCTV, Shanghai TV, etc.
  4. September 7, 2013 - The 3rd annual Moron'athon began.  The Moron'athon is the first 24 hour ultra marathon relay held in Shanghai.  Teams of 4-6 runners take turns completing 5k laps over a 24 hour period. PLCF is the official charity for this year's race.  To donate online, go to http://www.crowdrise.com/2013moronathon
  5. June 3rd, 2013 - PLCF's project management team set off to Bianli County, Leshan City, Sichuan to build a Dandelion Village Library with the all the donation through Global Giving fundrasing event. 
  6. Apr 20th, 2013 - PLCF's first urban Dandelion Community Library was built in Pudong, Shanghai. Starting from June 1st, the library is fully operational.

  8. Dec 5th 2012 - PLCF is proud to announce that we have WON the first challenge with all kinds of help from our donors. As of today , PLCF raised $5450 from 49 donors. Our project ranks 4th among other several hundreads of porjects participated in this challenge. Thank you for supportting PLCF's Dandelion Village Library (DVL) Project! And please keep on helping us to fulfill our project goal to raise $15000 to build a beautiful DVL for childrens in rural China!
  9. Nov 26th 2012 - PLCF participated into the Winter Challenge on Global Giving. The first challenge is to raise $5000 from 40 donors before Dec 31st 2012 to earn a permanent spot on GlobalGiving. The project goal is to raise $15000 to build a beautiful DVL for childrens in rural China!
